  The battery must pass the UN38.3 test requirements and a drop packaging test of 1.2 meters.
  Its design ensures the prevention of bursting under normal transportation conditions and is equipped with effective measures to prevent external short circuits.
  Additional requirements for battery installation and transportation in equipment:
  The equipment should be fixed to prevent movement within the packaging,and the packaging method should prevent accidental start-up during transportation.
  The outer packaging should be waterproof or achieved through the use of an inner lining(such as a plastic bag),unless the equipment itself has waterproof characteristics.
  The lithium battery loading container must be reinforced,and the reinforcement method and strength should meet the requirements of the importing country(such as the American Railroad Association(ARR),the American Dangerous Goods Association,and the North American Bureau of Explosives(B.O.E)within the United States)
  The outer packaging must be labeled with a Class 9 dangerous goods label,with an"all cargo transport only"operation label and a UN number labeled
  Durable outer packaging,batteries should be protected to prevent short circuits,and within the same packaging,contact with conductive substances that can cause short circuits must be prevented
  Lithium batteries should be loaded on pallets to avoid strong vibrations during transportation,and corner protectors should be used to protect the vertical and horizontal edges of the pallets.

  Lithium ion battery cells:2.7WH-20WH 8 pieces/box.20WH-100WH 2 pieces/box.The inner box is labeled with lithium battery operation labels.The synthetic outer box is less than 10KG/box
  Lithium ion batteries:2.7W-100W 2 pieces/box,with lithium battery operation labels attached to the inner box,and synthetic outer box less than 10KG/box
  Other types of dry electricity:The battery is individually insulated and packaged.The inner and outer boxes do not need to be labeled with battery operation labels,and a single box is controlled below 10KG
  The packaging box should be sturdy and able to pass the 1.2M drop test.The battery should be discharged without damaging the battery,moving internal objects,or exposing them
  The battery must have the model,sea freight,voltage,and capacity.A single box of battery cannot exceed 2.5KG,and the weight of a single battery cannot exceed 2.5KG
  Small batteries must be isolated with anti-static bags or foam bags or small paper boxes.(Transparent bags are not acceptable)The inner packaging of large batteries must be isolated with foam.The batteries must be delivered by express,and the batteries with wires must be sealed with wire ends.The cells must be packed layer by layer with plastic boxes,and the terminals cannot be exposed.The outer packaging is thin,soft,round,and irregularly bulging.The outer packaging is not accepted.For battery transportation,pure battery packaging must be packaged in thick cardboard boxes.
  Lithium battery operation label size:105*74MM.The battery operation label must be affixed correctly,flat,and not twisted
  The packaging requirements for lithium metal batteries shall be implemented in accordance with the packaging requirements for lithium-ion batteries
  A single box of battery types cannot exceed 2 types.General goods and batteries need to be packed separately and cannot be mixed.They can be shipped on the same ticket
  Outer box identification:The outer box of goods must not have dangerous goods identification(aviation identification Class 1-9 danger identification).The outer box must be labeled with the following:battery operation label+recipient/shipper information+ATTENTION
